Current Retail Developments
Gluckstadt Park
Gluckstadt Park is a 30,000 SQ FT shopping center completed in 2022 with direct frontage to Gluckstadt road as well as the I55 on ramp and interstate. This development has anchor tenants such as El Sombrero, SGA Dental, Rice Cafe and Stone Ground Coffee.
Calhoun Park
Calhoun Park is a 15,000 SQ FT shopping center completed in 2023. It is located on the Calhoun Parkway directly across from the main grocery store in the city of Gluckstadt, Sullivans. Soulshine, Methodist Rehab and Mississippi Discount Drugs anchor this premier development on the parkway.
Germantown Park
Germantown park is a 24,000 SQ FT shopping center that aims to bring local businesses to the Gluckstadt area. This shopping center is directly across from Germantown High School which gives it massive visibility in the area. Ace Bolt and Screw has a 12,000 SQ FT retail hardware store here and many other tenants such as El Ranchito, Blue Fuji and more serve the area.
Self Storage Facilities
Gluckstadt Self Storage
This is a 30,000 SQ FT self storage facility with a mix of climate controlled and non climate controlled units. We are expanded the facility to 60,000 sq ft with drive up climate controlled units in 2024.
Ridgeland Self Storage
This is a 50,000 SQ FT self storage facility with non
climate controlled units. We are currently adding parking for car, trucks, boats and RVs.
Central Rankin Self Storage
This is a 10,000 SQ FT self storage facility of non climate controlled units. We are currently expanding the facility to 20,000 sq ft and look to have that completed by the summer of 2026.
Residential Homes
In 2021 we entered the residential home building industry with the goal of creating a quality product at an affordable price for our clients. Our company, Build Madison, has built many SPEC and Custom homes with absolutely raving reviews. We continue to expand our footprint in this area of the market because we enjoy the process of helping people find their dream home.
